Welcome to FreightManager. By accessing or using our website, platform, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using our services immediately.
2. Definitions
- "FreightManager" refers to the company providing freight management and brokerage services.
- "User" refers to any individual or business that creates an account and uses our platform or services.
- "Shipper" refers to the user requesting quotes for the transportation of goods.
- "Trucking Companies" are third-party carriers who provide shipping services.
3. Use of Service
By using the FreightManager platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when submitting shipment details.
- Not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
- Take responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- We offer two subscription plans: Monthly (200 CAD/month) and Yearly (2000 CAD/year).
- Payment processing is managed via Stripe. We do not store payment information on our servers.
- Users are billed at the start of each billing cycle, and payments are non-refundable.
- Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
5. Free Quotes
New users are eligible for 5 free quotes to experience our platform. Once the free quotes are used, users must subscribe to continue using the service.
6. Shipment Process
- Users submit shipment details (items, weight, pickup/delivery locations, temperature control, etc.).
- Our team reviews the request and sources quotes from trusted trucking companies.
- Quotes are displayed on the user's dashboard for review and selection.
- Once the user selects a quote, the trucking company takes responsibility for the shipment's fulfillment.
7. Tracking and Communication
Note: We do not offer shipment tracking services. If tracking is required, it is the responsibility of the trucking company. Customers must contact the carrier directly to request tracking updates.
8. Termination of Services
- We may suspend or terminate user accounts if they violate these terms.
- Users can cancel their subscription at any time via the "Manage Subscription" page in their account.
9. Liability and Disclaimers
- FreightManager acts as a facilitator and does not take responsibility for shipment delays or issues caused by trucking companies.
- We are not responsible for the loss or damage of goods during shipment. This responsibility lies with the trucking company.
- Our platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free functionality.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make changes, we will notify users via email or platform notification.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
