FreightManager allows you to submit shipment requests with details such as items, weight, and destination. Our employees then source quotes directly from trucking companies and provide you with multiple options to choose from. You can select the best option that fits your budget and timeline.

To request a shipping quote, simply log into your account and fill out the "Request a Quote" form. You will need to provide shipment details like the type of items, weight, temperature control needs, pickup location, and delivery location. Our team will then gather quotes from multiple trucking companies.

No, we do not offer real-time tracking for shipments. However, you can directly contact the trucking company handling your shipment to request tracking information. Contact details for the carrier will be provided once a shipment is confirmed.

We offer two subscription plans:
  • Monthly Plan: 200 CAD/month
  • Yearly Plan: 2000 CAD/year (save 400 CAD annually)
Both plans give you access to unlimited shipping quotes and exclusive carrier rates.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Click on "Manage Subscription" and choose the "Cancel Subscription" option. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

Yes, we use Stripe to process payments securely. We do not store any payment details on our servers. For more details, review our Privacy Policy.
