As a new user, you are eligible for 5 free quotes to help you understand potential savings before subscribing. We track how many free quotes you use to ensure fair usage of the free quote system. No payment information is required to access the free quotes, but you must create an account to use this feature.

5. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: 200 CAD per month.
• Yearly Plan: 2000 CAD per year (discounted rate).

If you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription, the changes will be reflected at the start of the next billing cycle. Payment details are managed securely via Stripe.

• To create and manage your account and allow you to submit shipment requests.
• To process shipment requests, obtain quotes from trucking companies, and display the quotes for you to review.
• To send you notifications about your shipment requests, updates on new quotes, and changes to our services.
• To manage your subscription plan and enable access to premium services.
• To process payments securely using Stripe.
• To track the use of your free quotes before you subscribe.
• To send you email notifications regarding your subscription status, renewal dates, and free quote usage.
• To provide customer support and resolve issues or inquiries.
• To protect against unauthorized access, fraud, or malicious activity.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations, enforce our terms of service, and resolve disputes.

Note: We do not provide tracking services for shipments. Customers must contact the trucking company directly for tracking information.

• With Trucking Companies: We share shipment details (e.g., item description, weight, pickup and delivery locations) to obtain accurate quotes. We do not share your personal account details (like name, email, or phone) with trucking companies.
• With Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party providers who assist with hosting, payment processing, customer support, and security services.
• With Stripe: We share payment details with Stripe to process payments. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
• Customer Support: Our support team may access your subscription history to resolve any issues you report.
• Legal and Compliance Obligations: We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FreightManager, its users, or the public.
