1. Create an Account

To get started with FreightManager, you first need to create an account. Here’s how:

  • Go to the Sign Up page.
  • Provide your email, company name, phone number, and create a password.
  • Check your email for a confirmation link to verify your account.

Once your account is set up, you’ll gain access to 5 free quotes to explore our platform before committing to a subscription.

2. Submit a Shipping Request

After creating an account, you can submit your first shipping request. Here’s how it works:

  • Click on Request a Quote from your dashboard.
  • Fill in shipment details, such as:
    • Type of items (e.g., electronics, furniture, perishables)
    • Weight, dimensions, and quantity
    • Pickup location and delivery location
    • Temperature control requirements (if applicable)
  • Submit the request for review by our team.

Once your request is submitted, our team begins working to source quotes from trucking companies.

3. Review and Compare Quotes

Once our employees have gathered multiple quotes, you’ll receive notifications that your quotes are ready. You can:

  • View the available quotes directly in your dashboard.
  • Compare prices, estimated delivery times, and carrier details.
  • Check for any special services provided by the trucking companies (e.g., temperature-controlled shipping).

We prioritize transparency, so you can see all the available options before making a decision.

4. Select Your Preferred Carrier

After comparing the quotes, you can choose your preferred trucking company. Here’s how:

  • Select the carrier with the best price, delivery time, or reputation.
  • Confirm your choice to lock in the shipment with that carrier.

Once a trucking company is selected, the carrier takes control of the shipment, and you can reach out to them directly for tracking updates.

5. Payment and Subscription

To continue accessing shipping quotes, you will need to choose a subscription plan:

  • Monthly Plan: 200 CAD/month
  • Yearly Plan: 2000 CAD/year (save 400 CAD annually)

We use Stripe to handle payments securely. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

6. Tracking and Updates

We do not provide real-time tracking on our platform. However, you can contact the trucking company directly for updates. Here’s how:

  • After selecting a carrier, you’ll receive the carrier’s contact information.
  • Contact the carrier to receive tracking updates, shipment status, or delivery timelines.
